PDD cell type
This module is developed based on single-cell sequencing data from ducks and chickens. Users can select a tissue by clicking the button (under the "Tissue type" tip) in the left panel. Generally speaking, users will input 10 marker genes, but it is acceptable to input fewer or more than 10. Before entering genes, you can delete the prompts such as "--gene 1--", "--gene 2--" in the text box (left panel, under the "Top 10 genes" tip). There is no need to add "--" symbols when entering genes. After Once you have finished entering the genes, click the Enter key to submit the information to the system. The system automatically matches the most suitable cell type and display related infomation in the right panel. This module is only suitable for poultry and not applicable to other animals.
